* I accept cash and credit / debit cards and zelle. There’s a service charge from the credit and debit that the company charges based on your total amount. *Clients who have a non active credit/ low balance credit card on file will be asked to update your card prior to booking next appointment.. If this isn’t rectified then moving forward you must pay a deposit of $30 *To my standing appointment clients, after 3 missed appointments ( due to braids or absences ) you forfeit your standing appointment slot. When you want to resume a standing appointment you can see if it’s still available when scheduling. * PLEASE READ IF BOOKING COLOR!! If you are receiving a color service please inform me of the color you would like to receive so I can ensure that it will be available for your appointment . Text me at (708) 359-4032 * 20 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule unless ok’d by me. If I decide to take you past 20 minutes there’s a $10 add on fee. *In order to not pay a cancellation fee you must cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to to your appointment, this also goes for no shows. The fee is $30. This is missed income for me as well as it prohibits other clients from booking that appointment time. *Starting January 1, 2024, if you scheduled an appointment during the week of a holiday( will be listed below which holidays apply) and you cancel inside of that holiday week, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Holiday appointments are highly sought after and cancellations not only affect but also the clients who were previously looking for an appointment that week. Holidays included are New Year’s Eve, Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th, Mother’s Day, and Easter. *In the event you have an outstanding cancellation fee that hasn’t been paid, payment must be made prior to booking another appointment and if you already have a scheduled appointment, you have 24 hours after contact to pay your cancellation fee or your appointment will be cancelled. *Unfortunately due to the intimate setting of my salon only the person being serviced can come. Cancellation Policy

. If your appointment is canceled within a 24 hour period there’s a $30 cancellation charge. This also goes for no shows. Not canceling your appointment is not only missed income for me but it prohibits another client from booking that time slot. In the event your appointment falls during a holiday week, you will be charged a cancellation fee regardless of the day you cancel.
